an RTO: managing thermal stress, particulate matter, and optimizing

thermal stresses which cause other structured media to crumble.

of MLM® has allowed RTOs to be built with shorter
bed heights and less total capital, and to operate with less
fuel consumption. In the case of retrofits, switching from saddles
to MLM® has led to fuel cost savings requiring a less-than-two-year
payback period.
